Prodigy Kids

Glenndale , also recently received an acceptance from

Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA).

This school is in partnership with and on the campus

of California State University, and offers a specialized

program combining college-preparatory academic

instruction, and conservatory-style training

in the visual and preforming arts. LACHSA is recognized

as one of the premier arts high school in the US. Prospective students must meet academic, attendance and behavior standards, and must audition for acceptance into one of five departments: Cinematic Arts, Dance, Music (vocal and instrumental), Theatre, or Visual Arts. Each department selects its own students through a juried audition or portfolio review process. Once admitted, students can audition to dual-majors in Musicial Theatre productions. More than 95% of graduates matriculate to college and many are recruited with scholorships to the world's finest institutions.

In 2012 Kieara received the Nina Hardon Long Award from Watts Learning Center. and although her professional Major has not been determined, it appears that the sky is her limit.

The Middle College National Consortium believes that school reform grows out of sustained collaboration among masters practitioners, structured communication, and, support for perpetual growth of leadership skills for all constituents.

Middle College High Schools bridge the High School and College experience. This bridge allows students to obtain their High School Diploma and Associate Degree simultaneously.
